Whether you’re a seasoned yoga practioner, a yoga teacher, completely new to yoga, or somewhere in the middle, you have found the right place. We have a nice mix of traditional and blended classes to offer you. Our teachers having an array of education, practices, and experience.
Our teachers are here to support you in every step and each posture along your yoga journey. Our aim at BETTER BALANCE is to create a nurturing community where you feel welcome, safe and supported. Our yoga studio is equipped with high end yoga mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters. You don’t need to bring anything. Just come as you are.

Class styles
Hatha Yoga
A class that is a slower paced class, connecting breath with movement and more mindful in it’s cuing. Great for all levels! Hatha yoga is an ancient form of practices & philosophies. These practices are just that, tools for us to practice. They are alive today because we are practicing on our own at home or in a group class.
Vinyasa Flow
Faster paced than our Hatha classes, but still suitable for all levels. Vinyasa Flow style yoga links breath with movement and is a more fluid and dynamic practice.
Yin Yoga
Based on Chinese Traditional Medicine principles, combined with Hatha Yoga, this style is slow and stretchy. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes and supported with props like bolsters and blocks. Yin Yoga helps stretch fascia, deep connective tissue to achieve better mobility.

MBSR-informed techniques. Learn how to reduce stress, lower anxiety and live with greater ease.

Additionally monthly members get 20% off all specialty workshops, retreats, merchandise and services at Better Balance Wellness. Monthly memberships can be paused for up to 3-months at any time.
Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
We believe in making wellness accessible. To us, feeling good isn’t a privilege, it is a necessity.
