Our space
We have a light, airy studio with high-end yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets. Our studio is warm, inviting and comfortable. We aim to be you haven for wellness in Kingston, Ontario- a place where you can truly feel at peace and dive into your practice.

We’re often looking for enthusiastic practitioners to join our karma-yoga program. These are folks who get a free BETTER BALANCE WELLNESS membership in exchange for helping us with studio duties such as cleaning and laundry. Ask us how you can get involved in our karma program!

a $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any massages cancelled less than 48hrs in advance. Cancellations and no-shows within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
